Thank you for participating in the inaugural Shine Showdown! To ensure a safe, secure, and efficient event, please read and follow the instructions below.

Vehicle Load-In

Arrive only during your assigned load-in time.

Once your vehicle has been positioned, it must remain in place until the conclusion of the event unless otherwise directed by event management.
The maximum speed inside the venue is 5 MPH.

Fire Marshal Safety Requirements

The Fire Marshal will inspect every vehicle before the event opens.
All display vehicles must meet the following requirements:

Fuel level MUST NOT exceed one-quarter (1/4) tank.
Vehicles exceeding the 1/4 tank fuel limit will not be permitted on the show floor until they comply with Fire Marshal requirements.
Vehicle batteries must be securely mounted and free of exposed wiring.

Failure to comply with Fire Marshal regulations may result in the vehicle being denied entry to the event.

Emergency Key Policy

For the safety of all participants and guests, all vehicle owners will be required to surrender one set of vehicle keys to event management during the event.

Overnight Security

Vehicles remaining inside the venue overnight after load-in will be protected by multiple security measures, including:

While every reasonable effort will be made to protect all vehicles and property, participants remain responsible for their vehicles and personal belongings. Please remove all valuables before leaving the venue.

Display Rules

Vehicles must remain stationary throughout the event.
No engine revving, burnouts, or unnecessary vehicle operation inside the facility.
Display items, banners, chairs, and accessories must remain within your assigned display space.

Remove trailers, dollies, cleaning supplies, and transport equipment before the show opens.
Maintain a clean and professional display area throughout the event.
